Installs securely to your existing sissy bar leather motorcycle goods and rests in a fixed position on the passenger section of your seat or on your luggage rack. Included pad attaches to the bottom of the sissy bar pack or the duffel bag with hook/loop fasteners to protect seat or rack from damage.
